I am an AOL user and I am having trouble accessing/completing the survey. What do I do?

Respondents who use AOL's web browser while connected to the internet may sometimes get "page cannot be displayed" or "page cannot be found errors" when trying to access or complete our surveys. This has to do with AOL's web page caching system which can interfere with proper access to our surveys.

If you are having trouble with our surveys using AOL's web browser, we recommend minimizing the AOL application and using a stand alone web browser like Internet Explorer or FireFox to access and complete the survey.
