When I access or while in the survey, I get a "timeout" error or the web browser will not load the page. What do I do? Generally this is an indication of a high amount of internet traffic, the speed of your connection and/or a connection behind a firewall (especially if connecting from work or school.) Try connecting again at a different time of the day, using a computer that has a high-speed connection (if you were connecting via dial-up), or using a computer that is not behind a firewall.
