How do I access a survey via the Survey URL (web address) link from an email invitation? 1. Take note of your survey ID listed in the invitation. 2. Click on the link to enter the survey website. 3. In the ID field of the grey login box, type in your Survey ID. 4. Click the ENTER button on the screen to proceed. 5. Complete the survey by following the directions displayed on the screen.
