How can I be removed from your postal mail contact lists? Can I update my postal mailing address for surveys? Unfortunately, Escalent does not maintain the list of respondents who are invited by postal mail to take our surveys. Instead, we are provided with our survey sample from either the client who commissioned the study or we acquire it from vendors that maintain survey panels. These lists are only used for the initial mailing contacts for the survey and are not retained by us. As a result, we are unable to process any form of address changes or removals for our postal mail survey invites. We apologize for this inconvenience.
